Prochem Blazer Plus Custom Built Heat Exchanger using Axis Point Technology 

The Blazer / Blazer Plus / XL After Market is copied for an original Shop Template which incorporates our Axis point Design.The Feet are made of 3/16" thick Stainless Flat Bar. We fabricate a Manifold Flange to adapt to the Engine's Manifold. In addition, we use a Stainless Flex Pipe to accommadate this hook-up which we is included in the price of Heat Exchanger Package. We offer free Consultation to all our Customers and are open on weekends.

****SPECIAL NOTE****

BLAZER PLUS AFTER MARKET INSTALLATION

We no longer cut a hole at the bottom for the exhaust outlet, instead we carry the exit to the very end of the end plate with the 1 inch Female coupling.

There will have to be a Flex Hose to extend to the bottom side of machine to make the connection to the front exit exhaust Pipe connection of the machine.

Holes will have to be drilled to matched up with the Foot brackets. Many customers, like Jon Don and other shops have no problem working a little outside the box. It has been 20 years since Prochem had made this Truck Mount. This is your only alternative.

As you probably found out, there are not too many sources for Heat Exchangers in this industry.

This Heat Exchanger has 80 FT of High Pressured Stainless coils 3500 psi rated which its Patented Design out sources the Heat Exhaust quicker and Faster than other conventional Heat Exchangers.
